Nara Thai

Nara Thai

Set in the heart of Chiswick, Nara presents signature Thai flavours in an elevated modern dining experience. The vision for the restaurant was already clear. The challenge was making sure everyone else could see it too.

The Problem

THE
CHALLENGE

Five days isn't a lot of time to build a restaurant. It's even less time to build everything around it. When Nara Thai came to us, they already knew the part that mattered most: how to cook incredible, authentic Thai food. The flavours and the passion were there. But turning that into a brand people can actually find and book was a completely different story. They knew they needed more than great food, but the scale of what happens before opening day is easy to underestimate. We had to find the voice that captured what made Nara Thai special and build the connections that would introduce the brand to the right audience.

The Solution

WHAT
WE DID

Most agencies would've asked to postpone the launch.
We asked where to start. In five days, we built an entire brand identity. From menu design to building their website and social media presence, we turned opening day into a launch people were already talking about.

The hype was never the finish line. We ran full SEO from day one and kept a steady stream of organic content flowing across major platforms so the restaurant keeps showing up in searches, on maps, and in feeds.

The goal was to build anticipation. We reached out to local influencers, built buzz across social platforms, and gave the opening event full live coverage. By the time the doors opened, Nara Thai was already booked out.

What We ACCOMPLISHED

The hardest table to fill is the very first one. Thankfully, we never had that problem. By opening night, the restaurant already had momentum. The launch campaign had created genuine excitement, bookings were flowing in, influencers were sharing the experience, and the opening became a celebration rather than a gamble. The pressure was never just about launching a restaurant. It was about launching it once.

Five days earlier, Nara Thai was a brilliant idea waiting behind closed doors. Today, it's a growing restaurant with a brand that feels like it's been part of Chiswick far longer than opening week. If you're reading this with an opening date circled on the calendar, wondering whether you've left the marketing too late, so did Nara. Turns out, it wasn't too late. It was just the right time to get started.
